Manufacturer Warranty Policy
Products for which OnlineCarStereo.com is an authorized dealer are sold with a manufacturer's warranty (usually 1 year) as described by the manufacturer's warranty card included with all new products. If these items are found to be defective, they may be returned to OnlineCarstereo.com for replacement within 30 days from the original date of purchase with proper return authorization provided by an OnlineCarStereo.com representative. After the 30 day time period, products must be returned to their original manufacturer for the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty period. Warranty details for each product are included on the warranty card provided by their respective manufacturers.

This warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, broken, altered or tampered with.
OnlineCarStereo Warranty Policy
OnlineCarStereo.com will honor a one year limited warranty on "Brand New" products which are not under manufacturer warranty. These items must be returned to OnlineCarStereo.com, not their original manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made through OnlineCarStereo.com customer service by e-mail customerservice@onlinecarstereo.com or by phone 888-615-5663.

The cost to return merchandise to OnlineCarStereo.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer and any charges, taxes, duties, or fees associated with the return shipment will not be reimbursed. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return.
Depending on the manufacturer, the defect, and product availability; returns may be repaired, replaced, or a store credit may be issued to the customer's account.
- If defective product is repaired, it will be returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received.
- If a store credit must be issued; charges for missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.
- Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of Onlinecarstereo.com.
What's not covered:
- Misuse, abuse, defacement, physical damage of any kind, and improper installation / operation.
- Video and multimedia equipment with damaged or cracked screens.
- Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused.
Onlinecarstereo.com defines speaker/subwoofer abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Submitting items for warranty in any of the above conditions will result in refusal of any associated warranty requests and return shipping will be charged to have item returned at customer's expense.
Onlinecarstereo.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Limited 90 Day Refurbished and Open Box Warranty Policy
OnlineCarStereo.com will honor a 90-Day limited warranty on products labeled as "Refurbished", "Factory Reconditioned", or "Open Box". These products must be returned to OnlineCarStereo.com and not their original manufacturer. All warranty claims must be made through OnlineCarStereo.com customer service by e-mail customerservice@onlinecarstereo.com or by phone 888-615-5663.

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and OnlineCarStereo.com has received final confirmation of payment.
