Payment Policy

We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, Paypal with verifiable address, Checks, Money Orders, Google Checkout, International Checkout and WU Pay. Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks, cashier's checks or money orders made payable to OnlineCarStereo.com. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Please, do not send cash. 
For Paypal payments we require that the Paypal address be confirmed with Paypal.
Unlike most other electronics online retailers, we do not charge your credit card until your order ships! 

Important:
For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thanks for your understanding.
We apologize but we cannot accept credit card payments issued by foreign banks.

Standard Return Policy for Refunds and Exchanges

Products can be returned for refund, exchange, or merchandise (store) credit within 14 days from the original ship date. All items being returned must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior of the shipping box.

Merchandise must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in good condition (with no rips or writing on the original manufacturer's packaging and documentation) with all originally included accessories to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Associated Fees 
All returns for refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping charges that were originally waved due to a promotion and the shipping cost incurred on return shipping to OnlineCarStereo.com.

Fee Exceptions
Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and OnlineCarStereo.com has received final confirmation of payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued at the price paid on original invoice (less any restocking fee and shipping charges). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, OnlineCarStereo.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. 

Limitations on Refunds
If a returned item is accepted for refund, due to being DoA or other pre-approved exceptions, but did not accompany all it's original parts, accessories or documentation (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, warranty cards, manuals etc.), it will be subjected to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically damaged or abused will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
